Located in the "Ikoi no Mori" area, which is at a lower altitude within the "Zao Sansuien" area, the property is conveniently located within walking distance to a convenience store, Sakai Coffee, BBQ site, and bus stop, making it ideal for those arriving by public transport.
- Special cash vouchers that can be used at Sakai Coffee (7-minute walk) and surrounding restaurants are available for customers who make a reservation after November 1, 2024.
- 410⁺ COZY INN welcomes digital nomads. The entire villa is available for rent, with free Wi-Fi provided for a comfortable remote working environment.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator, and other electric appliances, along with basic cooking utensils such as pots, frying pans, knives, and cutting boards. There are also dishes available. Ingredients and seasonings are not provided; please bring your own.
*Please note:
- Bringing hot plates or similar equipment is prohibited. Cooking should only be done in the kitchen. Please ensure there are no lingering odors or oil stains.
- Clean all cooking utensils and dishes after use and return them to their original place. If any items are broken, please report it to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or Visitor Center.
Bath

Accommodation Conditions
410⁺ COZY INN is a completely private rental villa, accommodating up to 6 guests. Meals are not included in the accommodation price.
- The rate is the same for up to 4 guests. For 5 or more guests, there will be an additional charge for each extra person.
Child Policy
- There are no child rates. Children 2 years and older will be charged the same rate as adults. Please include them in your reservation.
- Children under 2 years old stay for free, but bedding and towels will not be provided. If you require bedding for children under 2 years old, please include them in the reservation.
Amenities
- Towels and toothbrushes will be set in the room upon your arrival. One towel per person is provided for every two nights (e.g., 1 towel for 1–2 nights, 2 towels for 3–4 nights, 3 towels for 5–6 nights, etc.)

- Towels provided in advance may not be taken home.
- If you need more towels, you can rent a bath towel (330 yen) or purchase a face towel (220 yen) at the management office from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
You may also pick up the following items at the management office or Visitor Center between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM (we do not deliver these to your room):
- Razors, cotton swabs, body towels, hairbrushes
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in bottles are provided in the bathroom.
Check-in Information
Check-in is generally between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible, but there are certain times when check-in is not available, so please be aware of this.
Check-in Locations
The check-in location may differ depending on your arrival time.
- 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Visitor Center
- After 8:00 PM: Zao Sansuien Management Office
410⁺ COZY INN is located within the Zao Sansuien area. The entrance of the Zao Sansuien area has a gate, and guests will use a remote key provided at check-in to open the gate. You cannot access 410⁺ COZY INN directly without going through the gate.
410⁺ COZY INN is 1 minute by car or a 7-minute walk from the entrance gate.
BBQ Facility Information
BBQ and fireworks are prohibited within the Zao Sansuien area. BBQ on the wooden deck is also not allowed.
If you would like to have a BBQ, please use the BBQ facility “Wild Zao Village,” which is a 1-minute drive from the entrance gate. Please contact us via message after confirming your booking for more details.
Access
For convenience when it comes to sightseeing and dining, we recommend traveling by car.
- About 15 minutes by car from the Tohoku Expressway Shiroishi I.C or Murata I.C
- About 15 minutes by car from the Yamagata Expressway Miyagi-Kawasaki I.C
- About 30 minutes by car or taxi from Shiroishi-Zao Station (Shinkansen)
- About 50 minutes by highway bus from Sendai Station
The property has parking space for 2 regular cars. If you have more than 2 cars, please use the temporary parking lot located a little further away.
About Zao Sansuien
The Zao Sansuien area has the Matsukawa River running through it, offering opportunities for peaceful walks along the riverbank while enjoying views of the Zao mountain range. The small stream that is the origin of the “Seseragi-no-Sato,” known for its seasonal fireflies, still maintains its pristine clarity.
The area is filled with the colors of the seasons: the fresh greenery of spring, the refreshing blue leaves of summer, the vibrant autumn foliage, and the snowy white winter. The natural beauty of Zao Sansuien is complemented by the changing seasons, with trees, plants, and flowers painting the landscape. Various species of wild birds also inhabit the area.
The area is monitored 24 hours a day with patrols every two hours at night, ensuring safety and peace of mind for all guests.
